GAM group integrates Carretillas Mayor S.A.

GAM and Carretillas Mayor reach a merger agreement, incorporating more than 220 professionals and 3,000 units of equipment into the GAM group.

Both companies reinforce their position in the market as comprehensive service providers to industry.

GAM (General Machinery Rental, S.A.), a multinational leader in comprehensive solutions and services for industry, incorporates Carretillas Mayor S.A into the Group, a company from Valladolid with a track record of more than 30 years specialising in rental and maintenance services for all types of handling, lifting, overhead crane and AGV equipment.

This acquisition represents significant growth for both companies, contributing to increased business and consolidation in Iberia.

Carretillas Mayor has more than 220 professionals, most of whom are specialised technicians, and a machinery park of around 3,000 units. The company operates from its headquarters in Valladolid and has offices in Burgos and Palencia, in addition to activity in Portugal.
