This agreement involves training 3,500 BRICOMART employees in Spain for the entire year of 2022.
This project combines online training for the theoretical part and in-person training at the client's facilities.
"This project has been particularly exciting. We hope this collaboration continues over time, providing them with all GAM's expertise in the field of training."
GAM is boosting its School of Trades, Kirleo, by developing a training agreement with BRICOMART for 3,500 employees at the 29 centers this company has in Spain.
This project, underway since late 2021, will be developed throughout 2022 by combining online training for the theoretical part and in-person training at the company’s facilities for the practical part. This training offering is heavily focused on people’s safety, with courses on the safe operation and handling of forklifts and platforms.
According to Rosa Naranjo, Head of the new Kirleo School of Trades, “This project has been particularly exciting, as it is the first time we are collaborating with such a renowned company in the sector as BRICOMART. We hope this collaboration continues over time, providing them with all GAM's expertise in the field of training.”
Laura Serrano, Head of Risk Prevention at BRICOMART, emphasizes that “with this agreement, we reinforce our commitment to the safety of our employees and customers. The Safety Culture encompasses behaviors and values shared by all people in our company to control and eliminate risks from our activities. Therefore, the continuous training of our teams is key to achieving our ambition of reaching 'zero accidents' and providing a safe environment in all our operations.”
