We have never faced a situation like this before, which has surprised everyone: individuals, companies, institutions... In these circumstances, we have all had to make difficult decisions quickly, and I would like to take a moment to reflect.
RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL
Recovery will be a collective effort, and we will all need to move forward together, leaving no one behind. For this, we will ALL have to give our best, make an effort, work, consume, collaborate... but aware that a world with more rights than obligations, with rewards without effort, and stability without commitment is not possible.
We all have to give our best.
At GAM, we are driving social and sustainable projects, but we recognize that our greatest contribution to society and our environment is to preserve as much employment as possible. This is the responsibility of this President, the BOARD, EXECUTIVES, and EVERY SINGLE participant in GAM. Everyone without exception. We are sure we will achieve it because everyone will have an absolute commitment to it.
NOW MORE THAN EVER, STAYING VIGILANT
We began this year 2020 sharing our company’s vision: “Create a differentiated value proposition to be a strategic partner for our clients. Based on trust, efficiency, and sustainability. Delivered by good people and excellent professionals.” The environment has changed, and the industry and economy face new challenges, but our proposition is even more valuable now. We are here to support our clients, constantly adapting to the circumstances around them and helping them MORE THAN EVER.
NEW PROJECTS
We are entering this new phase knowing that companies with an honest proposal are the ones that endure in difficult circumstances. Day by day, we listen to our clients’ needs and are already working on new projects to address them: space disinfection systems, online training platforms, electric solutions for last-mile delivery, warehouse and assembly line automation projects, and increasing our zero-emission machinery fleet… This situation also reinforces the digitalization plan we have been developing in the company. We are ready to give our best.
OUR COMMITMENT
As a company, our commitment is to collaborate with our environment, enhancing safety measures and seeking environmentally and socially sustainable solutions. As we return to normalcy, we have the obligation to continue producing, assist in revitalizing consumption, and, above all, preserve as much employment as possible for the people who are with us.

A TEAM TO BE PROUD OF
I am immensely proud of the people and values that are part of GAM. From the very beginning, we have implemented the necessary measures to protect the health of our workers, families, clients, and suppliers. Daily operations have been reorganized to ensure service to our clients, many of whom are in essential sectors. In this environment, we have maintained constant communication that has reinforced our sense of belonging to a group and a common project. We have new work teams that have come up with useful proposals for our clients and society, such as the GAM Help Channel, collaboration with the Red Cross, or the new disinfection service. Without a doubt, being apart has helped us strengthen our bonds and, paradoxically, feel more united.
When there are so many changes, there are also new opportunities to learn and do new things.
