Our commitment

Since GAM's foundation, honesty, integrity, fair treatment and full compliance with all laws have guided the exercise of our activity.

This commitment in the way we carry out our operations and relate to our environment is reflected in the Code of Conduct and in the Anti-Corruption Policy.

GAM has a compliance body made up of a single member (Compliance Officer), in charge of ensuring the proper functioning and observance of the criminal offense prevention model, which includes, among other aspects, the mandatory guidelines for these documents, as well as the management of the complaints channel.

GAM is a responsible company that complies with the most demanding regulations in the market.

At this point, our management system is certified in the ISO 9001 standards; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 that accredit its excellence in the rental service, sale of machinery and equipment as well as in the maintenance service of machinery to third parties. This recognition is also extensible to the training services of the company through the Kirleo School of Trades, especially in the training of operators of movement work equipment and lifting people and loads.

These certifications are issued by companies of recognized prestige in the field of consultancy in risk assessment and certification as Bureau Veritas or Lloyd's Register.
